AI4Youth Work: Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the Service of Youth

Initiative connects the tech community with young professionals
On April 2nd, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, UALG TEC CAMPUS – the Business Accelerator of the University of Algarve (UAlg) in Faro – will host AI4YouthWork - Connecting Youth Work and the Tech Community. Targeted at youth professionals, educators, policymakers, the tech community, and stakeholders, the event is organized by Contextos in co-organization with Algarve STP and will introduce the AI4Youth Work (AI4YW) project, funded by the Erasmus+ program, which aims to empower youth professionals to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions into their activities.
The initiative will bring together experts and stakeholders interested in the impact of AI on education and the development of digital skills. Through interactive co-creation and networking activities, participants will have the opportunity to explore the challenges and opportunities of AI in the youth sector, discuss ethical considerations regarding the adoption of emerging technologies, and share best practices for digital inclusion and the responsible use of AI.
With a dynamic and collaborative format, this session will serve as a platform to foster cross-sector dialogue and encourage the development of innovative solutions for the digital empowerment of young people. The event will be held in English.
